Glen Durdik is the owner and key employee of Durdik Consulting, LLC.  He has Apple in his blood. He started his career as Apple Support for a large private University.  Later, he worked for a small firm that did Apple warranty repair and Technical support. At this time he became an Apple Certified Technician.  After that firm left the Apple Support business, he worked in the second largest school district in New York state. While there he was responsible for hundreds of Macs.  Before he left, he setup a new graphics lab in the High School.  Glen's final full-time position was  Apple Support for a tech company and his first goal was to bring dozens of users up to speed and all have the same basic configuration.

Glen's educational background is unique to the Tech Service Field.  He earned a MBA in Finance from St. John's University.  He learned how to present facts and ideas in the best way while achieving this degree.  He worked for SJU as a graduate assistant and gained his passion for Apple Support as he managed their first Mac only classroom and lab.

Glen has taught many classes on using the Mac. He has guided many individuals on how to get started using their new Apple devices. Tutoring students and clients on the basics of several key applications.  Glen loves to keep his skills current by reading several websites daily and subscribes to a few Mac oriented magazines.  

His passion for helping people is paramount.  Whether it is advice on what to buy, installing new Macs, tutoring on iOS or MacOS operating systems or key applications that most people use - he can support your needs.

The other part of Durdik Consulting, LLC. is the ability to digitize virtually all media.  We can take old precious memories and preserve them in digital form.  Unlike others that do this, we are hands on and can create custom embellished videos.
